Simply Pricing
We’ve kept it simple, choose from any of the Simply standard options and the only one that alters the price is if you opt for One or Two ink colours.

Volume & Multiples
Our minimum is generally 250 cards, as the savings for fewer are often relatively small, volume increments are in 50’s if you’d like more. If you have multiple names and/or details to print, even as few as 2 sets we can offer a considerable saving on the guide price.
Letterpress Printing

Design
Good Design – Done Simply
We’ve created a great standard range of single sided card designs, with a wide range of card stock options and ink colours, all printed on premium 540gsm or 600gsm board.

Ink Colours
You can choose to have your Simply Letterpress cards printed in one or two of our Simply standard ink colours.
Letterpress printing is a “spot colour” process, every colour is printed separately – each requiring a pass through the press. We can mix a custom ink to match a Pantone reference or colour swatch on request.

Card Stock
Letterpress printing benefits from using the best quality card stock. Our standards for the Simply Letterpress range are 540gsm, or 600gsm premium heavyweight boards. All our card stocks provide a great quality feel in the hand, and allow us to maintain exceptional letterpress print quality.
For the Simply range we’ve restricted the colour options for the front (print side) to ensure good ink colour accuracy, however we’ve included over 30 stock colour options for the reverse of the card, and ink colours to match.
Our Simply stock options include 540gsm 100% recycled, 600gsm 100% cotton and 540gsm Colorplan from GF Smith.

Typefaces
We’re very particular about type, and we’ve taken the time and care to select a range of typefaces for our Simply range that provide a broad variation of styles.

Custom Letterpress Business Cards
When you want something entirely bespoke to you, we’ll create uniquely from concept to completion, work to a brief, or perhaps use your concept, existing artwork or logo. Letterpress printing rewards economy of design, our aim is similar throughout all our work – keep it simple.

Inks
Simply Inks
You can choose to have your Simply Letterpress cards printed in one or two of our Simply standard ink colours.

Our standard ink colours are shown below, if you’d like a non-standard colour we can mix an ink to match a specific Pantone colour reference or colour swatch on request.

Card Stock
Two Colour Card Stock
You have the option to have the front and reverse of your cards different colours. We duplex two thinner card stocks to create the heavyweight final card, this offers a great design feature in lifting the look and appearance of your card to something very special – and it doesn’t cost a penny more.
If you select the 100% Cotton or 100% Recycled card stock, the Front (print) and Reverse will be the same colour. If you select any of the three Colorplan colour options for the Front, the Reverse can be chosen from any of the Colorplan card stock colours.

Ordering
Simply Ordering
When you wish to place an order simply click on the Order Enquiry button at the top of the page. On receipt of your enquiry one of our designers will email you a short step by step guide, and a link to allow you to provide us with your details and selections for your cards.
Proofing
On receipt of payment for your order your dedicated designer will create a digital proof of your business card, usually within one working day. If you wish to make any amendments to your first proof you may do so free of charge, any further changes are charged at £7.50 per revision.
Approval, Print & Delivery
Once you’ve reviewed your proof and are happy all your details and requirements are correct, you simply give us your approval to print and we’ll get the print process underway. Your business cards will be ready for despatch 10 – 15 working days after approval of your artwork. We send all our orders by next day courier, and you’ll be notified of despatch with an option to manage delivery to suit you.
We also offer an expedited service if you need your cards in a hurry, 5 working days, though we do apply an additional charge for this.

Custom
Simply Custom
Many of our clients use our standard Simply designs as a starting point, adding features from our comprehensive list of customising options.
In addition to our Simply custom options, we offer a fully bespoke Design & Print service, and a range of Fully Bespoke options. If you’re using a designer to create your stationery, or a graphic professional yourself, we’re happy to work from your press ready artwork and to your specification.

Foil Colours
Foiling is the flashy cousin of letterpress, we use the same presses but instead of inks we use a pigment or metallic foil which reacts to pressure and heat. It’s not as versatile as letterpress but it has two strengths, the foil is opaque which means we can print on dark coloured board, and the metallic foils are a great way of adding some serious sparkle.
Our custom and bespoke include several foiling options, text, card edging and embossing. Foil colours are restricted in choice due to their nature, we provide a good selection as standard but can try to obtain a colour close to your needs if required. Please note the colours on screen are for guidance and will not be exact to the printed colour.
